We cannot read your ChatGPT conversations. MyQuizGPT only receives the quiz or flashcard content that you decide to create and share through our service. You maintain full control over what gets stored on our platform.
Connecting Google Forms is optional and uses a separate Google permission flow from signing in to MyQuizGPT with Google.
If you connect the integration, you authorize MyQuizGPT to use Google APIs under your Google account to turn quizzes you save in MyQuizGPT into Google Forms and to place them in your Google Drive. This is only activated when you explicitly start the connection on our site.
OAuth scopes we request for this integration (as implemented in our application) include:
What we store on our servers: credentials needed to perform this on your behalf (for example, a refresh token associated with your MyQuizGPT account), along with records that link your saved quizzes to the Google Form identifiers we created, so we do not duplicate work and can reflect status in the product.
What we send to Google: data derived from your saved quiz content (such as questions, answer choices, and grading-related fields where applicable) so a Google Form can be created or updated. Google processes that information under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
What we do not use this integration for: We do not use it to read your unrelated Google Drive files, Gmail, Contacts, or other Google products beyond what is required to provide the Forms sync feature described here. Sign-in to MyQuizGPT and the Google Forms connection are separate consents.
Disconnecting: You can disconnect Google Forms from your MyQuizGPT account using the controls we provide (for example on our Google Forms integration page). Disconnecting removes our ability to call Google on your behalf using the stored integration token; forms already created in your Drive remain in your Google account unless you delete them in Google Drive or Google Forms.
You can also revoke MyQuizGPT's access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
MyQuizGPT Google Forms™ add-ons run inside a Google Form and act only when you open an add-on or choose an action. They use your Google identity token to match you to a MyQuizGPT account, apply your plan allowance, and protect requests to our service. We receive your Google account identifier and email address for these purposes; we never receive your Google password.
Current form context: when you generate a quiz, the add-on reads the title, description, question text, help text, question type, and answer choices in the Google Form currently open. It sends this context to MyQuizGPT so follow-up instructions can refer to the form and generated questions can avoid duplicating existing questions. It does not read or send form responses or respondent data.
Files you select: the add-on can open Google Picker when you choose Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Forms. It receives access only to the file you select and reads the text needed for your requested quiz. It does not browse or read unrelated Drive files. You may instead upload a PDF, DOCX, RTF, or TXT file, or enter a prompt without importing a file.
AI processing and saved history: the prompt, selected-file text or uploaded-file text, current form context, and requested quiz settings are sent to MyQuizGPT and our AI provider, OpenAI, solely to generate the form you requested. File bytes, extracted source text, prompts, and current Google Form context are processed for the request and are not intentionally stored in our application database. Form Builder GPT saves the Google Form identifier, generated form title, form type, questions, answer choices, answer keys, points setting, creation time, and account owner so you can reopen recent results for that specific form from its History view. We also retain usage records needed to operate allowances, prevent abuse, and support the service.
Adding questions: after you review and select questions, the add-on sends those questions directly to the Google Forms API under your authorization and adds them to the form currently open. MyQuizGPT does not access or collect responses submitted to that form.
Google API Limited Use: MyQuizGPT's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.
Your control: you can close the add-on without generating, deselect questions before insertion, delete an individual Form Builder GPT result from its History view, revoke access in your Google Account permissions, and request deletion of your MyQuizGPT account and associated account records by contacting [email protected]. Questions already added to a Google Form remain in your Google account for you to edit or delete.

The extension is designed with an offline-first approach: its sole purpose is to enable you to save
and review your study sets from MyQuizGPT offline. It does not sell, transfer, or transmit your data
to any external service beyond what is already handled by myquizgpt.com when you use the website.
We offer a separate Chrome extension, GPT Google Form Quiz Maker, that provides a shortcut to start the Google Forms flow on MyQuizGPT. It shows a small popup where you can enter text or pick a file name; it then opens a normal browser tab on myquizgpt.com with hints in the page URL. Your quiz and form creation still happen on the website and in ChatGPT as described elsewhere in this policy.
What the extension does: it opens new tabs to URLs on myquizgpt.com that you trigger from the extension popup. It does not store data in your browser for this feature, and it does not upload file contents or typed text from the extension to our servers—only the normal website handles data you submit after the page loads.
What the extension does not do: it does not read or modify web pages you visit, does not access your browsing history, and does not run in the background. Any data you submit on myquizgpt.com is handled under this policy and our website terms.
Docs to Google Forms & Fillable Form converts the Google Doc you choose into a Google Form, an editable fillable Google Doc, or a downloadable fillable PDF worksheet. The extension acts only when you open its panel and start a conversion.
What the extension accesses: on supported Google Docs and Google Forms pages, it reads the document or form currently open in the tab you use, including its title, visible content, and the document or form identifier needed to create the result you request. It does not read unrelated browser tabs, browsing history, emails, messages, passwords, or files in your Google Drive that you have not selected.
What is sent to MyQuizGPT: when you start a conversion, the selected document content and title are sent to myquizgpt.com to process your request and create the selected output. If you choose a Google Form or fillable Google Doc, the relevant content is also sent to Google through the Google connection you authorize so the file can be created in your Google account. If you choose a fillable PDF, the file is prepared for download. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
What the extension stores: it temporarily stores the active tab's document or form context, such as its URL, title, and identifier, in Chrome session storage so the side panel continues to work while you use it. This session data is cleared when the browser session ends. The extension may also store its MyQuizGPT service address in Chrome storage for configuration. It does not store your document content, Google password, or payment information in Chrome storage.
Account and Google access: sign-in and Google authorization occur on MyQuizGPT and Google's normal secure pages. The extension does not collect your email address or password directly. See Google Forms integration for details on Google authorization and files created in your Drive.
What the extension does not do: it does not sell your data, use your content for advertising, collect unrelated browsing activity, or run on websites outside the Google Docs, Google Forms, and MyQuizGPT pages required for this feature.
We offer a Chrome extension, Quizlet to Google Forms Converter, that helps you move multiple-choice content from a Quizlet page (for example a quiz, test, or exam view, including many Print test layouts) into a Google Form in your own Google Drive. You connect Google Forms once, then the form is created directly from the Quizlet set, under the same rules as the rest of this policy.
What the extension accesses:
tabs permission, so it cannot see the addresses of your other tabs.myquizgpt.com (for example the Quizlet → Google Forms converter or related import pages).
What the extension stores locally: the extension may keep a temporary copy of the generated quiz JSON in Chrome's chrome.storage.local so a new tab to MyQuizGPT can load the import form with your content; it is cleared after use. This is not used for advertising.
What happens on MyQuizGPT: you sign in and connect Google Forms, then the quiz is sent to myquizgpt.com only so we can create the Google Form for you. We keep a record of the export — its title, question count and the form created — and the question content itself is discarded once the form exists. See Google Forms integration for how your Google data is handled. The extension itself does not collect your email or password; sign-in happens on myquizgpt.com and Google as usual.
Quizlet: your use of Quizlet remains subject to Quizlet's own terms and policies. We do not control Quizlet's site or data practices.

We offer a Chrome extension, Quizlet Exporter: Flashcards and Quiz Export, that lets you export the Quizlet set you are currently viewing — both its flashcards and its quiz questions — into many formats (CSV, JSON, Anki, Quizlet, PDF and printable worksheets, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown, QTI, Aiken) as well as to Google Forms and a hosted MyQuizGPT study page. The extension adds an Export button to the Quizlet page and acts only when you choose to export.
Downloads are processed entirely on your device. CSV, JSON, Anki, Quizlet, PDF and printable worksheets, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown, QTI, and Aiken files are generated locally in your browser from the content already on the page. That content is not sent to us for any of those formats.
What the extension accesses:
/<set id>/test) on quizlet.com using your existing Quizlet session, and reads the questions from the response. Nothing from that request is sent to us or stored. If you are signed out of Quizlet, the request returns no questions and the extension tells you so in the panel rather than presenting invented choices as real ones.
Server-assisted exports (Google Forms and study page): only if you choose one of these is the relevant set content sent to MyQuizGPT (myquizgpt.com) so we can create the form or page for you. This may include the set title, questions, answer choices, and the correct answers, so a Google Form can be auto-graded. See Google Forms integration for how your Google data is handled.
What the extension stores locally: when you send a quiz to Google Forms, the generated quiz JSON is written to a single key in Chrome's chrome.storage.local so the MyQuizGPT tab that opens can load it, and it is removed as soon as that page reads it. Nothing else is stored. Downloads are free and unmetered in this extension, so it does not count your exports, does not store an export tally, and does not set a quota cookie. The two account-based exports remain subject to your MyQuizGPT plan limits, which are applied on our servers.
Account information: the extension does not collect your email or password. Sign-in, Google Forms authorization, and account management happen on myquizgpt.com and Google through their normal secure pages.
New tabs: the extension opens a new tab to deliver what you asked for — a page to print or save as PDF, the created Google Form, or the hosted study page — the MyQuizGPT sign-in or onboarding page when a signed-in action is needed, and the onboarding page once when the extension is first installed. Opening these does not require or provide access to your browsing history.

We offer a Chrome extension, NotebookLM Quiz to Google Forms Exporter, that lets you export a quiz created in NotebookLM Studio to Google Forms in one click. When you open a quiz in NotebookLM and click the Google Form button added by the extension, your quiz is sent to MyQuizGPT to build a Google Form in your connected Google Drive, under the same rules as the rest of this policy.

We offer a Chrome extension, ChatGPT to PDF Ultra Exporter, that lets you save a ChatGPT conversation as a PDF or Markdown file — the whole thread, a single reply, or only the messages you tick. When you open a conversation on chatgpt.com, the extension adds a small toolbar at the top of the page; you click PDF or MD and the file is created for you.
Your exports are built on your device. PDF and Markdown files are generated locally in your browser from the conversation you are viewing, and downloaded straight to your computer. That conversation is not sent to us.
What the extension accesses:
chatgpt.com or chat.openai.com: its title and messages. It does not read your other conversations, and it does not access your browsing history./api/auth/session) and uses it to request that one conversation from ChatGPT's own API. This happens entirely between your browser and ChatGPT: the token is never sent to us and is never stored.*.oaiusercontent.com, images.openai.com) so they can be embedded in your file rather than appearing as broken images.
Server-based exports (Google Forms and hosted study page): when ChatGPT builds an interactive quiz for you, the extension can turn it into a Google Form or a hosted study page. Only if you choose one of those options is that quiz's content sent to MyQuizGPT (myquizgpt.com) so we can create it for you. For the Google Form option this includes the answer key, so the form can be auto-graded. See Google Forms integration for how Google data is handled. Worksheet, PDF, PowerPoint, CSV and Markdown versions of the same quiz are built locally and are not sent to us.
What the extension stores locally: two small values in your browser's extension storage — a fallback count of exports used today (the current date and a number, which resets daily) and whether you have already seen or dismissed the “leave a review” prompt. To keep the daily limit consistent, we also set a signed, HttpOnly cookie on myquizgpt.com holding only that daily count, so it survives the extension being uninstalled and reinstalled. The extension does not store your exported files, your conversations, your email, or your password; sign-in happens on myquizgpt.com and Google as usual.
New tabs: your export itself is a direct download, not a tab. The extension opens a new tab only when there is somewhere to send you: a welcome page when you first install it, the MyQuizGPT sign-in or upgrade page when you reach the free daily limit, a created Google Form or study page, the review page if you accept the review prompt, and the Chrome Web Store listing for our Super NotebookLM Exporter if you click the NotebookLM icon in the toolbar.
Free and paid use: exports are limited to one per day without an account and three per day once you sign in; a paid plan removes the daily limit and the watermark. Enforcing this is the only reason the extension contacts our server during a normal PDF or Markdown export, and that request contains the count only — never your conversation.
ChatGPT: your use of ChatGPT remains subject to OpenAI's own terms and policies. We do not control ChatGPT or OpenAI's data practices. This extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
