Instructions to give AI

After creating the Form, open Responses and choose a response destination in Google Forms. This does not change how the original questions were imported.
What if the columns are interpreted incorrectly?
Keep the headers in the pasted or uploaded content and explain their meaning. Compare the generated Form with a few source rows before sharing.
