2.1 Account Creation

You can use our service without creating an account to create and take quizzes. However, if you want to save quizzes to your collection and track your progress, you need to create an account using Google Sign-In. This ensures:

• Secure and verified access to your account
• Protection of your personal information
• Ability to save quizzes to your collection
• Track your quiz performance and leaderboard rankings
• Seamless integration with our services

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring you log out from shared devices

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Spam or abuse the ChatGPT integration feature
• Upload harmful or malicious content

3.2 Fair Usage

We implement fair usage policies to ensure quality service for all users. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension.

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the quizzes and content you create on our platform. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

4.2 Content Guidelines

Your content must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain inappropriate or offensive material
• Include malicious code or harmful content
• Promote hate speech or discrimination

5.1 Third-Party Service

Our service integrates with ChatGPT for quiz generation. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of ChatGPT's services.

5.2 Usage Limits

We reserve the right to implement usage limits to ensure fair access for all users and maintain service quality.

6.1 Optional feature

MyQuizGPT may offer an optional feature that lets you connect your Google account so we can create and manage Google Forms in your Google Drive based on quizzes you save in MyQuizGPT. Using this feature is voluntary. It uses a separate Google authorization from Google Sign-In used for your MyQuizGPT account, even if both use the same Google identity.

6.2 Your responsibilities

When you use this feature, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your use of Google Forms and Google Drive, including sharing links, respondent data, and compliance with laws and school or workplace rules that apply to you
• Content exported to Google remains subject to Google's terms, policies, and product behavior
• You will not use the integration to violate Google's acceptable use policies or to distribute harmful, unlawful, or infringing material

6.3 Service dependencies and limits

We do not control Google's services. Availability, quotas, API changes, or outages on Google's side may affect whether exports or sync succeed. We may apply fair-use or plan-based limits (for example, how many quizzes can be synced on a given subscription tier). We do not guarantee that exported forms will match every edge case of your quiz format or that they will be error-free; you should review forms in Google Forms before relying on them for high-stakes use.

6.4 Disconnecting

You may disconnect the integration using the controls we provide. Disconnecting stops new operations from our service using that connection. Forms already created in your Google account remain yours to manage in Google unless you delete them there.
