Since our basic service is completely free, no refunds apply to free features.

We offer a premium feature that allows users to:

• Store and save quizzes to your collection without expiry
• Access your saved quizzes at any time
• Track progress and performance across all your quizzes
• Unlimited quiz storage and management

Premium subscription terms:

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• Access to premium features will remain until the end of the billing period
• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Contact us within 48 hours of purchase for refund consideration

We may provide refunds in the following cases:

• Technical issues that prevented access to our services
• Accidental or duplicate charges
• Service unavailability during the subscription period
• Documented billing errors on our part
