Why is there no export button on Quizlet?
Looking for the export button on Quizlet and cannot find it? You are not the only one. Most sets do not have one.
And when Quizlet did offer an export, it only gave you the terms and definitions. Never the test questions. Never the answer choices. Nothing you could print.
This extension does not use that button. It reads the set that is already open in your browser. So it works either way.

Choose the Anki option. You get a file that Anki opens with File → Import, with the front and back already in the right columns.
You do not need an add-on, and you do not have to match up the columns yourself.

Creates a Google Form in your own Google Drive. The correct answers are already marked, so the form grades itself.
This option needs a free MyQuizGPT account, because the form is created for you instead of downloaded.

Choose CSV. The file opens straight away in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers, with terms in one column and definitions in the next.
From there you can sort it, filter it, or join several sets into one list.

There is no one-click button for Knowt. Its import screen takes a spreadsheet or a plain list of terms and definitions.
Export as CSV, then open Knowt's importer and upload that file.

There is no direct link to Blooket either. Blooket builds its question sets from imported term lists and spreadsheets.
Export the set once, then upload the file on Blooket's import screen.

None of these can import a Quizlet link. Each one has its own importer that expects a spreadsheet or a template file.
The CSV export gives you the columns to paste in. Check the layout each tool asks for first, because they are not the same.

Quizlet's own export isn't something most people can find on their sets any more, and even when it was around it only ever gave you terms and definitions — never the test questions. This extension reads the page in front of you, so it doesn't depend on that button existing.

Choose CSV for Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers — it opens directly, no conversion. For Word, the DOCX option gives you a formatted document with the answer key on its own page.
Quizlet only builds the wrong answers at the moment a test starts, so a plain set page has none to read. If you're signed out, the extension falls back to options assembled from your own terms and says so in the panel rather than passing them off as real. Sign in to Quizlet, or open the set's Test page, and you'll get Quizlet's real options with the right one marked.
